Solutions

The successful adoption of solutions requires multiple tools and levers for change. We combine science, policy, law, and technology to develop innovative ideas that truly make progress toward sustainability.

  • Common Rights uses treaties and other international instruments to help our clients and partners advance sustainability. We help clients develop concrete legal proposals, analyze conduct under international norms and standards, and advise on the implications of laws and policies at the global, regional, and national levels.

  • Common Rights helps identify safer and more sustainable solutions to global environmental challenges.

  • We help organizations build strategies to achieve their goals. We provide a range of strategic and advisory services for intergovernmental organizations, governmental bodies, civil society organizations, foundations and philanthropic organizations, among others.
